Our Methodology
Instead of looking at the overall star rating (which can be inflated), I looked specifically at 1-star reviews. Since Google doesn't always provide the exact count for each star rating in the summary, I used a visual estimate of the bar chart to determine the numbers. The rate represents the likelihood of a customer having a terrible experience. Essentially: the lower the rate, the more consistent the stall.

Limitations
Not every famous stall is listed here. Many legendary spots are located inside kopitiams or food courts and don't have their own individual Google Maps entry.
